This organic oil monocultivar Coratina is obtained from only olives of the variety Coratina. The olives are harvested between October and November and are cold pressed within 12 hours from the harvest in the continuous cycle mill with reduced oxidative impact. The aroma is intense and fruity, with hints of fresh grass and almond and has a very harmonious taste. The color is clear emerald green.
