Organic extra virgin olive oil Toscano IGP Fiesole is a high quality extra virgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from organic olives of the Frantoio and Moraiolo cultivars, harvested from mid-October onwards. The olives are exclusively cold pressed within 6 hours of harvesting. The result is an extra virgin oil with an excellent taste as well as a valuable ally for health thanks to the wealth of biophenols and vitamin E present in the olives. Green in colour with golden yellow highlights, in taste-olfactory terms it is fruity, with marked hints of fresh grass, olive and thistle, and also characterised by vegetal tones of wild herbs and artichoke. It is however harmonious and elegant, with well-balanced bitterness and spiciness. It is excellent on legumes, cereal soups, meat and fish carpaccio, grilled vegetables and roasts.
