Toscano IGP extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a selection of typically Tuscan olives such as Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino. The olives are harvested between October and November and cold pressed within 24 hours of picking in the high-tech continuous cycle mill with reduced oxidative impact. The nose is intense and fruity with notes of green olive, artichoke and field grass. The taste is harmonious, with balanced bitterness and spiciness. It is characterised by a yellow colour with green highlights.
