This organic oil is made from a careful selection of the best Italian olives. 

The olives are harvested between October and November and cold pressed within 24 hours of picking in the continuous cycle mill with reduced oxidative impact.

Its aroma is intense and fruity with notes of green olive and almond. The taste is balanced.
