EVO ORGANIC ITA Frantoio
This organic monocultivar Frantoio olive oil is made only from olives of the Frantoio variety. The olives are harvested between October and November and cold pressed within 12 hours of picking in the continuous cycle mill with reduced oxidative impact. The aroma is intense and fruity, with notes of green olive and almond and has a very harmonious taste. The colour is a clear emerald green.
