This organic extra virgin olive oil comes from a careful selection of the finest Italian olives. The olives are harvested between October and November and cold-pressed within 24 hours of picking, in a continuous-cycle mill with reduced oxidative impact.

The aroma is intense and fruity, with notes of green olive and almond; the taste is balanced. Clear yellow with green highlights. The 100 ml bottle is easy to carry and perfect as a tasting or a small gift.
