This organic extra virgin olive oil comes from a selection of the finest Italian organic olives. The olives are harvested between October and November and cold-pressed within 24 hours of picking, in a continuous-cycle mill with reduced oxidative impact.

It is a raw, unfiltered oil that keeps all its organoleptic qualities intact. The nose is intense and fruity, with notes of green olive and almond; the taste is balanced. Green in colour.
